So an auction day reflects your past, affects your present & impacts your future.

ANYONE who has an office uniform on at the auction is being judged. Whether you are another agent in the office, the admin person in charge of the live feed, or the newbie handing out brochures every member of the public will be forging an opinion of your brand.
A ‘Team Brief’ before the start of each 30 minutes prior to auction is a really good way to ensure that personal presentation is on point. Also it will allow for everyone to know their role and feel empowered in that role.
Those ‘1%’ efforts that we all talk about can make a big difference either way at auction. There are so many opportunities and touch points during the auction that collectively could make or break your reputation.
The majority of these small efforts can become habitual if they are talked about enough, so in your next team meeting go through them and set an office standard that you are ALL accountable for.
Brands are only powerful if you can build meaningful connections with the public. Give your team the confidence to interact with individual members of the crowd, and it doesn’t have to be real estate talk! It’s weird, but just by being nice & showing an interest in someone will most likely reflect positively on your brand!
